    These Terms of Service govern your use of senshencollectibles.com, our online storefront, customer accounts, and related services operated by Senshen Collectibles, a trade name of 12372002 Canada Incorporated. By using the services or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

    Eligibility and accounts

    You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, or use the services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account.

    Products and collectible condition

    We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Product photographs, descriptions, grades, conditions, quantities, and availability form part of the listing. Screen settings can affect colours, and manufacturing or packaging variations may occur.

    Condition descriptions for used, vintage, raw, or collectible items are good-faith assessments. Third-party grades and certifications belong to the identified grading company. Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee future grading results, scarcity, investment value, resale value, or market price. Nothing in this section limits a mandatory warranty or consumer right.

    Inventory is limited and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct listing errors, or decline orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or purchase-limit abuse.

    Orders and acceptance

    Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or make the product available for pickup. We may cancel or adjust an order before acceptance and will refund amounts collected for items we cannot supply.

    Please review the order, delivery address, and contact information before submitting. Contact us promptly about requested changes or cancellations; changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

    Prices, taxes, and payment

    Unless the storefront or checkout states otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, duties, and other disclosed fees are added at checkout. Promotions may have separate terms. Online and in-store prices may differ. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied and agree to pay the final amount shown at checkout.

    Shipping, delivery, and pickup

    Shipping and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier, weather, customs, and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. Available methods, responsibilities, and pickup instructions are described in our Shipping and Pickup Policy.

    Acceptable use

    You may use the services only for lawful personal or household purposes. You must not:

    • violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
    • submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content;
    • introduce malware, interfere with site security, probe vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls;
    • scrape, harvest, or collect personal information or site content without permission;
    • impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation;
    • use the services to transmit spam or unauthorized advertising; or
    • copy, resell, exploit, or commercially use the services or their content except as expressly authorized.

    We may restrict access, cancel abusive orders, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, Shopify, or third parties.

    Intellectual property

    The storefront design, original text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Senshen Collectibles and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and third-party brands belong to their respective owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.

    Reviews and feedback

    If you submit a review, suggestion, image, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is truthful and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that feedback for operating and promoting the business. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms, but we are not required to monitor every submission.

    The services may include tools, payment options, apps, reviews, social features, or links supplied by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

    Relationship with Shopify

    Shopify powers the online storefront, but purchases from Senshen Collectibles are transactions directly between the customer and Senshen Collectibles. Shopify is not the seller of our products. Certain personal information is processed by Shopify as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's applicable privacy notices.

    Errors and changes

    We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability information. If a material correction affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

    We may update the services and these terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect on the date stated in the updated terms or notice. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights that have already arisen unless permitted by law.

    Disclaimer and limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senshen Collectibles and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the services.

    These limitations do not exclude or limit liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights under applicable Canadian and Alberta consumer-protection law.

    Indemnity

    To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Senshen Collectibles for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the services, your material breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

    Severability and waiver

    If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to waive a statutory right or remedy.
