Refund policy

  1. Banff Airport Shuttle & Limo Services will only be responsible for making up lost time in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter, and, at a mutually agreed date. During the duration of the rental, the client is responsible for any damage to the Bus caused by the client or any members of the client’s party.
  2. A sanitation fee of up to $350.00 will be charged for any mess or spillage deemed in excess of standard wear and tear. Clean up fee of $250.00 will be charged for any person that vomits IN or ON the vehicles, this clean up fee will be added to the card on file. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
  3. Drinking is permitted in the vehicle subject to a fee of CAD $50.
  4. Extra passenger is allowed subject to CAD $50 each (Limo capacity max - is 22-24 pax)
  5.  Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
  6. Banff Airport Shuttle & Limo Services is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).                                                                                                                     
  7. Banff Airport Shuttle & Limo Services is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
  8. Balances to be paid to the driver on the trip date before the beginning of the trip.
  9. A minimum of 15% service gratuity will be add to the final amount.
  10. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 
  11. Limo Inventory Consumables:
  • 15 pcs Glass ($2 each)
  • 10 pcs Mineral Water ($1.95 each)      

 

Booking Policy

  1. The Proposal is subject to change and valid up to the specified date.
  2. Full payment is due during booking.
  3. In case you would like to pay the deposit fee only, please settle  50% of the amount as stated above to secure this booking.
  4. All bookings and sales are final and no exceptions. Once purchased, NO REFUND is allowed for this service.
